I was lucky enough to get in same day due to cancellation. However, I waited almost 20 mins at the service desk before someone in sales came to help. I was told that I would get a call about an hour later, but after 1.5 hours I finally called them. I was told the mechanic was making sure my service light wasn't coming back on and that they would call me back when it done. Another hour later, I got a call to say my vehicle was done. Was not happy about cost. Mechanic spent 30 mins diagnosing and doing service, then let my truck run idle in parking lot for 30 mins and then drove my truck for 30 mins to ensure the service light never came on. Was charged $240 for 1.5 hours of work. Was not impressed.
Had my first experience buying a car from a dealership here this summer. I don't think it's possible, that they could have been any more accommodating. Customer service was available via text, phone, or email at very liberal hours!Multiple visits and test drives, and they worked towards finding a vehicle that would suit my needs at a price I was willing to pay.When the vehicle ended up needing repair to pass Alberta inspection, they volunteered to perform the repair and then covered the cost (as the repairs were already being done).I will most definitely be a repeat customer.
Amazing dealership! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Three vehicles and nothing but amazing service. The sales department is fantastic! I'll be back for a fourth vehicle for sure.
